Kasha McNeil, MSHS
Our Story
The Rehoboth Intent, Inc. was founded by Kasha McNeil, MSHS, after she saw a critical gap in support for young people leaving residential treatment and foster care at age 18. Too often, they were expected to navigate adulthood without the guidance and resources needed to build stability. Kasha saw how challenges with housing, education, employment, and other basic needs could make an already difficult transition even harder. The need she witnessed grieved her spirit—and inspired her to help create a path forward.
Kasha brings 18 years of experience in social services, including work in residential treatment facilities, intensive family therapy, foster care, and juvenile justice. She holds a master’s degree in Human Services and is completing her second master’s degree, in Social Work, with an expected graduation date of May 2027.
Through The Rehoboth Intent, Kasha is working to ensure young adults have support as they build stable, positive lives. TRI serves young adults ages 18–25 facing barriers to housing, education, employment, and personal stability. Its approach brings together transitional support, behavioral health resources, life-skills development, workforce preparation, and community partnerships to help young adults build lasting independence.
